The GPS device will be placed around your ankle to allow your officer a detailed report of your whereabouts.

The device tracks your position everywhere you go. It is up to your officers discretion if you are to have a curfew or not. If your officer decides you are to have a curfew, you are required to be INSIDE your home when the curfew time comes. (Example: Your curfew is 7pm, you are required to be INSIDE your home at 7pm - no later and you cannot leave your residence until your curfew is over.)

You are required to charge the GPS device for 2-full hours. (Example: you plug the charger to your device at 6pm - you cannot unplug the device until 8pm otherwise the device will not give you the full 24 hour.)

The GPS fees are on the contract, and they will also be discussed at the San Antonio Recovery Healthcare office.
